Stephen Boyd

Professor Boyd is Electrical Engineering Department Chair. He is a Member of the US National Academy of Engineering and recipient of many awards and honors. He is recognized for his work on optimization. This is the technology underlying much of Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence computing.
